Come join us on this guided walk as we travel the lesser known pathways of Sliabh Beagh. We'll even pass by the famous Cooneen Ghost House.
Starting at Jenkins Lough, this trail will take you along gravel tracks and through uncharted forestry (a little jump or two maybe required here) to explore this beautiful part of Sliabh Beagh. We’ll even pass the famous Cooneen Ghost House on our travels.
This guided hike is suitable for anyone who loves the outdoors! Some level of fitness, however, is required on this hike due to the variation and unevenness of the terrain in places. Solo hikers and groups of friends are, as always, welcome.
This hike takes places on March 19, 2023.
The terrain is a mixture of gravel paths, streams and forestry tracks.

You should bring a rucksack with sufficient supplies for the duration of the hike – water, snacks, sandwiches, hot drinks, etc. There will be a scheduled picnic stop during the hike. You should also pack additional clothing layers, just in case!
